If your group has an internal website on my courses, and you are signed up as an administrator, you may access "OrgEditor" from your applications menu. From here, there is an "HTML upload" option, which will allow you to upload files to your "external" website (which will have an address visible outside of MyCourses.) You will also be able to upload content to your "internal" website.
